About the Author

Letitia Clark is a chef, food writer and illustrator whose work is inspired by seasonal Italian cooking. After training at Leiths School of Food and Wine and working in leading London kitchens, she now lives in rural Sardinia, where she writes and cooks alongside her partner. Her books have been widely acclaimed, with titles named among the best food books of the year by The Times, The Sunday Times and The New York Times.
