Refund policy

We want you to be happy with what you receive from Lesley Ford and goods may be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt of the order. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging with tags still intact.  

Certain types of items cannot be returned, perishable goods (such as food), custom products (such as bespoke gift hampers or personalised items). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards/vouchers.

Returns should be sent to: Lesley Ford, No. 5 Arbery Arcade, Market Place, Wantage, Oxfordshire OX12 8BL.  We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for the returned item(s) and we recommend you track any shipment to avoid it being lost in transit.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damaged or defective items must be notified to info@lesleyford.co.uk within 24 hours of delivery.
