  • We offer FREE in-store pickup (Wantage store) store for all orders

2. Standard & Express Delivery:

  • For all orders the following fees will apply:
    • Standard Delivery (2-7 days), £9.50
    • Express Delivery (1-3 days), orders up to £80, £12
    • Express Delivery (1-3 days), orders above £80, £15

3. Delivery Methods:

  • We primarily use reputable courier services to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your hampers.
  • Standard Delivery: 2-7 business days.
  • Express Delivery (available at an additional cost): 1-3 business days.

4. Order Processing Time:

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.

5. Delivery Tracking:

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  • Use the provided tracking details to monitor the status and location of your delivery.

6. Delivery Address:

  • Please ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete to avoid any potential delays.
  • We do not deliver to P.O. boxes for security and tracking purposes.

7. Delivery Notifications:

  • Our courier will attempt delivery to the specified address. If no one is available, they may leave a calling card or contact you to rearrange delivery.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate contact information to facilitate smooth communication.

  • Currently, we only offer delivery within the United Kingdom. We do not ship internationally.
