This versatile extra virgin olive oil is a vibrant blend of olives grown in the fertile region of Navarra, Spain—an area renowned for its ideal olive-growing conditions. The olives are carefully harvested at peak ripeness and cold-extracted within 12 hours to preserve their freshness, flavour, and nutritional integrity.

The result is a smooth, well-balanced oil with a subtle fruitiness, making it an excellent all-purpose choice for everyday use. It has aromas of golden apple, sweet almond, cut grass, ripe tomato, thyme, and blackberry. On the palate, it is soft and sweet with notes of almond and walnut, finishing with a gentle, peppery lift.
