The Blonde is a Champagne coloured version of our popular Original dressing. This slightly fruitier, sweeter condiment can be used to marinade, flavour or dress scallops, soups, salads, fish, pasta, poultry, Bloody Marys, and much much more. It also has the added benefit of not discolouring lighter coloured sauces or dishes.
