Amalfi Coast cooking is shaped by place - its landscapes, traditions and fiercely proud local cuisines. Just south of Naples, the Amalfi Coast is known for its vertiginous roads, breathtaking views, flower-filled terraces and architectural landmarks such as La Rondinaia, as well as its extraordinary lemons, prized the world over.

This seductive cookbook brings together 75 recipes inspired by the region, from simple antipasti and comforting minestre to bread and pizza, risotto, fish and meat dishes, and the all-important contorni. Alongside the recipes are thoughtful essays exploring the food culture and traditions of the area, accompanied by beautiful scenic photography that captures the spirit of the coast.

A celebration of regional Italian cooking, rooted in landscape, seasonality and everyday pleasure.
