Ingredients
- 180 ml Campari
- 180 ml sweet vermouth
- 180 ml gin
- 120 ml Seggiano Organic Aged Balsamic Vinegar
- Ice and a wedge of orange to serve
Method
- Add all ingredients over ice and stir until chilled.
- Strain into glasses with fresh ice.
- Garnish with the orange wedge, squeeze a little juice in and serve.
